User Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

1. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
2. You may not use the platform to upload malicious content, including viruses or malware.
3. You may not misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization while using the platform.
4. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

1. CallAuditz retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its design, features, and content.
2. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the platform's intellectual property without our express written consent.
3. Uploaded content remains your property, but you grant CallAuditz a limited license to process and display it for the purposes of providing our services.

Fees and Payments

1. Use of CallAuditz may require payment of applicable fees, which are clearly outlined during the signup or service process.
2. Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
3. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Free Account Eligibility

1. The free account is available to all new users and includes up to 5 audits per month at no cost. This allows users to explore our services and evaluate their value before upgrading.
2. Account Registration: To access the free account, users must register with a valid email address. Each user is allowed only one free account.
3. Paid plans:
• Essentials Plan: Designed for users needing additional features and audits beyond the free account. Charged monthly on a subscription basis.
• Pro Plan: Offers the most comprehensive access and advanced features, also charged monthly on a subscription basis.
4. Prohibited Activities: It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts using different email addresses to bypass the 5-audit limit on the free account or to exploit paid plan features fraudulently.
5. Fraudulent Use: Any attempts to circumvent these terms, including creating multiple accounts or abusing the free account offering, will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and potential restrictions from future services.
6. Fair Use Policy: The free account is designed to provide a preview of our services. Abuse of the free account or paid plans violates these terms and undermines the intended user experience.

Data Privacy

1. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. By using CallAuditz, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. CallAuditz is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
2. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or the results of audits will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
3. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallAuditz and its affiliates are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from service interruptions or errors.
2. Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the incident.

Indemnification

1. You agree to indemnify and hold CallAuditz harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the platform.
2. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and you must delete any downloaded content.

Governing Law

2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
